I got one of these for my wife who has a small internet retail business and is constantly checking her email. She’s never been one for technology and hasn’t got on with any of the phones she’s had before. On her previous phone she struggled to send a text message but on the 8900 she was emailing and text’ing within minutes. She loves the phone and it’s never far from her side, even in bed! I’m hankering after an iPhone, but if the 8900 had HSDPA I have one in a heartbeat. Apart from no 3G I’d say the only downside for me was it was far too easy to set up. By the time I’d got home my 12 year son had already configured the Blackberry service & email accounts, so my days of setup research were for nought. 9.5/10 – just give it 3G please…
